Daniel Simons, Rector at St. Paul's on the Green, began his invitation into Stewardship season with these words "Each fall we pause to reflect on how God is calling us to give and to grow. This year’s stewardship theme comes from Mary’s Magnificat: “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” Mary’s song is one of sheer joy and fierce courage — a young woman pouring out her soul to proclaim that God is at work, lifting up the lowly, filling the hungry, and renewing the world.......Stewardship is not only about balancing the budget. It is a spiritual practice. To pledge faithfully is to tune our hearts to God’s abundance, to let generosity shape us into people who live out of gratitude rather than fear. Your sustaining gift, which funds our building, clergy, staff, music, and programs, is really all about supporting our core mission — to follow Jesus in his offer of deep belonging and welcome to everyone within reach."

The Stewardship Committee encourages you to enter this Stewardship Season in prayerful and joyful consideration of how you can support God's mission through St. Paul's on the Green. To see where your gift goes, read the 2026 Narrative Budget HERE.
