Flexible Fridays

An enjoyable hour of gentle stretching to loosen tight muscles and gain flexibility in the joints. Especially good for the lower back, shoulders, hips, and neck, areas where we hold tension and need relaxation and stretching. We also tone the core of the body to improve posture and balance. Beginners welcome to all classes. Suggested donation of $10/class.

No prior experience necessary, but an ability to sit and lie down on the floor is important. Beginners are welcome at every class! Bring a yoga mat (or mats, for more cushioning), and a small throw pillow or pillows for sitting comfort. And, a smile!
